Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our Refund Policy.

You can request a refund for nearly any unused purchase. Upon request via info@spiralsun.eu, Spiral Sun will issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 30 days of purchase and the product has not been used. Further details are available below. However, refund requests submitted outside of the outlined parameters will still be duly considered.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in their new and unused condition, complete with all original packaging and instructional materials provided. Please note that red light therapy beds and panels are eligible for return only in cases of defects or issues that are covered under our warranty, excluding instances of buyer's remorse.

Special Considerations for Large Items

Due to the significant size, weight, and shipping costs associated with our larger red light therapy (RLT) panels and beds, it is important to review all product dimensions and specifications carefully before making a purchase. We ensure all large items undergo a thorough inspection and testing before they are shipped to guarantee quality and functionality.

Upon delivery, we urge you to inspect your large item carefully for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit. If any issues are discovered, please contact us immediately. It is important to note that returns of large items are not accepted once they have been used. Additionally, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping for large items, which must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Refunds for returned large items will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected by our team, a process that can take between 7 to 10 business days. This ensures that all returns meet our standards for condition and completeness before a refund is issued.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@spiralsun.eu to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item in its original packaging. The specific return address, which may vary depending on the location of our fulfilment partners, will be provided to you along with your RMA number.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If you are eligible, you will be issued a full refund within a week of approval.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

If, for any reason, Spiral Sun is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal Services

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase of an unused product on Spiral Sun within 14 days without giving any reason.

For any purchased products, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by an unequivocal statement. The easiest way to do so is by informing our customer support through info@spiralsun.eu. If you do so, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from an agreement, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

No Disparagement

You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about Spiral Sun’s products, services, members, managers, or employees.

Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge Spiral Sun and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.

No Admission of Liability

You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by Spiral Sun with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
